Data protection information in accordance with Art. 14 EU-GDPR on processing of personal data within the Service Library

Generally, in order to use these applications, we collect personal information such as name, e-mail address, IP address and other personal information for the purpose of user authentication and platform security.

Purpose for the processing

Required for registration, user administration and invoicing and to ensure the security and resilience of the systems.

(Criteria for) duration of retention

After the user account (personal user ID) has been terminated, the personal data related to that ID will be deleted at the end of the following calendar year in accordance with legal retention periods.
