Registration Process

  1. Login with CWS-Access Data

  2. Fill out the Registration Form

  3. Approval by the Approving Manager

  4. Review by the Service Library

  5. Receipt of the Confirmation Email

  6. Access to the Service Library

Personal Registration

Log in to the Service Library with your CWS Access Data.

When you log in for the first time, you will not yet have access to the Service Library. We need your contact information from your CWS account.

The content of the Service Library can be accessed only after approval by your Approving Manager and receipt of the Confirmation Email.

Access Data

Log in to the Service Library with your CWS Access Data.

Accounts are not created manually. We do not send out Access Data (User Name, Password). We do not have access to your CWS Access Data.

If you have any problems with your CWS account, please contact your Identity Manager or CAT IT.

Approving Manager

Our records list a specific person as the approving manager. Please verify the correct approving manager. Fill out the form >> and you will receive an email with the name of your approving manager.

Please notify ServiceLibrary@cat.com if the registered approving manager has changed.

Confirmation

Your Approving Manager will receive an email to process your request. Approval is granted when the Approving Manager replies to this email with “Approved” or “Rejected.” The reply must be sent to ServiceLibrary@cat.com.

After successful verification, your account will be activated and you will receive a Confirmation Email. Only with this email will you gain access to the content in the Service Library.
